Message of condolences to the President of France François Hollande

14.11.2015 09:00, Dushanbe city

The President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of condolences to the President of France François Hollande following the horrible terrorist attacks in Paris, which reads in particular:

"Your Excellency,

We are deeply troubled by the heartbreaking news of terrible terrorist attacks, which took place in different areas of Paris and as a result of which were killed dozens of innocent people.

Tajikistan strongly condemns this inhumane act of criminals hiding behind the name of Islam. This event now firmly demands from all of us to be united in the name of our future generations, our peoples and the joint fight against this sinister force that threatens humanity.

I ask you, Mr. President, to accept condolences from the people of Tajikistan and to convey our sympathy to the families and friends of the victims. We are mourning with you. "
