Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon held an open meeting with the management, residents and activists of Konibodom City.

Meeting of the Head of state with numerous residents, who came to meet the Leader of the Nation, was held in the apricot garden of agricultural farm “Ghalaba” at the rural community Rajab Hamroboev of Konibodom City.

First of all, President of the country Emomali Rahmon congratulated those present on the occasion of the blessed Navruz and wished them happiness, prosperity and success in their work.

It was stressed that as part of the creative works of the Government today a number of different facilities have been inaugurated in Konibodom. The purpose of the industrial enterprises is the creation of new jobs, providing employment and improving well-being of the population.

The Head of state expressed his gratitude to the city's businesses for their kind initiative aimed at the development and improvement of their territory, drew attention to the expansion of the creative works, landscaping, horticulture, and increased exports of agricultural products and other creative works.

According to the Leader of the Nation, the population of Konibodom City, relying on good traditions of its ancestors, is committed to the creative work and through hospitality, diligence, patriotism and love for culture makes a significant contribution to strengthening the foundations of national statehood and further development of our country.

President Emomali Rahmon expressed thanks to the hardworking and strong-willed Konibodom residents for supporting constructive policy of the Government and admonished them to continue the education of children in the spirit of patriotism.
