Beside the educational institution #16, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon also attended the ceremony of an official opening of kindergarten “Sitora”.

The opening of the modern kindergarten will allow residents of the village of Dahana rural community of "Dahan" of Yovon district to better prepare children for training and education.

Kindergarten is designed for 60 children and is equipped with modern technologies. In kindergarten, 18 people are provided with permanent jobs, 6 of which are engaged in the upbringing of children. In addition, experienced doctors are employed in order to provide quality healthcare. This preschool educational institution has 10 offices, including training, sports and music room, as well as a medical office, dining room and children's playground.

This kindergarten has been reconstructed on the basis of the original building of secondary educational institution #16.

Construction of the kindergarten has been financed by local executive body of state authority of Yovon district by total of 320 thousand somoni and 300 thousand somoni by local entrepreneur Bahriddin Jurakhonov.

All conditions have been created here for children.

Head of state Emomali Rahmon reportedly presented music instruments and a plasma TV set to the kindergarten.

It should be noted that the kindergarten takes children from working families, families with many children, and those with sick mother. Children, along with training and education, are provided three times a day with hot meals in the modern dining room of this institution.

Kindergarten was built in the framework of the Program of development of preschool institutions for 2012-2016.
