“Your Excellency,

It was with deep shock and sadness that I learned about a bloody attack of murderers, which occurred in the city of Kabul and left dozens of innocent people dead and injured.

The Tajik side, along with the entire international community, strongly condemns this horrible act of inhuman murderers, and emphasizes an urgent need to strengthen joint struggle against the evil forces of international terrorism.

In these sensitive moments of grief of the friendly people of Afghanistan, we reaffirm our readiness to work closely together with a view to significantly enhancing our cooperation aimed at the eradication of all forms of terrorism and extremism.

I ask You, Mr. President, to convey our sympathy and deepest condolences to the families of victims, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured".
