Today different state structures of Tajikistan and China have signed 5 additional documents on cooperation:

2 agreements between the State Savings Bank of Tajikistan “Amonatbonk” and the State Development Bank of China on funding agriculture sphere and training of cadres in areas of finance and banking;

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State Chief Department on Technical Control and Quarantine of Quality of Goods of the People’s Republic of China on cooperation in sphere of control and quarantine of plants;

Memorandum of Understanding between the Chief Department for Geology under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Department for Coal Geology of Henan province of the People’s Republic of China;

Agreement on Cooperation between the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajik Aluminum Company” (TALCO) and China National Building Material Company Limited (CNBM).

According to the Agreement between TALCO and CNBM a joint cement plant called “CNBM-TALCO cement” should be constructed in Shahritus district of Tajikistan at the expense of more than 600 million USD. Annual capacity of the enterprise will be 3 million tons of cement of type 620.

In case of full putting in commission of the enterprise 5 thousand persons will be occupied there.
