Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon signed a number of laws.

Laws “On Enforcement Proceedings”, “On Moratorium on Inspections of Business Entities”, “On Amendments and Addenda to the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Environmental Protection”, "On Internal Audit of Public Sector Organizations” are among them.

The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Enforcement Proceedings” has been developed and adopted in a new edition and determines the procedure for compulsory execution of judicial acts and other acts of state bodies, as well as the legal status of executors of executive bodies.

The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Moratorium on Inspections of Business Entities” is aimed at suspending inspections of business entities, thus facilitating business development, promotion of entrepreneurship and creation of new jobs.

The adopted laws are aimed at promoting economic and social spheres, entrepreneurship and improving the living standards of the population.
