On August 17, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, received personnel appointed to responsible positions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

By the Decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and in agreement with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Deputy Ministers of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, heads of departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Head of the Department of the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, heads of departments of internal affairs in the districts of Vose, Sangvor, Murghob and Varzob were appointed from among the experienced and qualified personnel.

During the meeting, the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, recalled the situation in the region and the world, ensuring the rule of law, combating all violations of the law, preventing drug trafficking, weapons and other transnational crimes, stressed that young and capable personnel should constantly raise their awareness of threats and dangers, modern crimes and the fight against any terrorist and extremist phenomena, further upgrade their skills and knowledge using modern technologies.
