In the framework of a working trip to Rasht valley President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon visited Nurobod district, where he got familiarized with remarkable activities of exemplary individual economies and campaign for harvesting of potato in the site of Sari qosh of village community Khumdon.

Head of state also inaugurated a secondary school #45 of Nurobod district, built with the use of modern architectural designs and methods on two floors with 11 classrooms for different kinds of subjects, computer classes and sports hall, as well as working cabinets. It has been envisaged for 330 pupils in one shift and constructed at the expense of 7 million and 600 thousand somoni.

President Emomali Rahmon took part in the beginning of construction of an engineering and technical college, in the opening ceremonies of a new building of Finance Department of Nurobod district and of a Trade and Service Center, as well as visited an exhibition of agricultural goods.

During a meeting with residents and activists of Nurobod district it was in particular noted that almost 356 million somoni have been allocated from all budgetary sources for ensuring socio-economic development of Nurobod district over the years of independence.
