Emir of State of Qatar Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent a congratulatory telegram to the President-elect of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, which reads, in part:

“Availing this opportunity, I would like to extend to you, Your Excellency, my best regards on your re-election as the President of Tajikistan and wish the continuation of success, progress and prosperity for the people of Tajikistan, and express confidence that our will to strengthen even more the friendly relations and cooperation between our countries will be boosted in the continuation of your presidency”.

In his congratulatory telegram, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Qatar Abdullah Bin Naser Bin Khalifa Al-Thani said, in particular:

“Your Excellency,

I am very glad to felicitate you on your re-election to the post of the President of Tajikistan and to extend my sincere wishes of success and increased progress for the friendly Tajik people”.
