We recall that according to article 74 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of Tajikistan in the composition of Prime Minister, his first deputy and deputies, ministers and chairmen of state committees has tendered its resignation before the newly elected President of the Republic of Tajikistan until the formation of a new Government of Tajikistan.

To this end, the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, according to articles 69 and 70 of the Constitution and article 9 of the Constitutional Law of Tajikistan “About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan”, has issued a decree in accordance with which the Government of Tajikistan in the composition of Prime Minister, his first deputy and deputies, ministers and chairmen of state committees should continue fulfillment of its functions.
