The Decree envisages a number of structural changes in the system of central bodies of executive authority.

In particular, ten reorganization procedures, namely Ministry of Energy and Industry of Tajikistan into Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan, Ministry of Education of Tajikistan into Ministry of Education and Science of Tajikistan, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Tajikistan into the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Population of Tajikistan, Ministry of Health of Tajikistan into Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Population of Tajikistan, Department of Public Service under the President of Tajikistan into the Agency of Public Service under the President of Tajikistan, State Committee for Land Construction and Geodesy of Tajikistan into State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy of Tajikistan, Committee for Religious Affairs under the Government of Tajikistan into the Committee for Religious Affairs, Regulation of Traditions and National Ceremonies under the Government of Tajikistan, Agency for Construction and Architecture under the Government of Tajikistan into the Committee for Architecture and Construction under the Government of Tajikistan, Main Department of State Control of Safety of Works in Industry and Mining under the Government of Tajikistan into the Service of State Control of Safety of Works in Industry and Mining under the Government of Tajikistan and  State Agency of Social Insurance and Pensions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Tajikistan into the State Agency of Social Insurance and Pensions under the Government of Tajikistan, four procedures of establishment, namely establishment of Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan, Committee for Rural Development under the Government of Tajikistan, Agency of Forestry and Melioration under the Government of Tajikistan and the abolition of the Ministry of Melioration and Water Resources of Tajikistan are envisaged.
