Today, President Emomali Rahmon received the Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Nikolay Bordyuzha.
The issues of cooperation within the framework of this organization have been considered at the meeting.
Much attention was paid to the prospects of regional situation in Central Asia after the withdrawal of ISAF Forces from Afghanistan in 2014. With regards to this subject, the acceleration of material and technical assistance of CSTO members states to the border troops and other relevant structures of Tajikistan has been considered necessary.
A constructive talk has also been held on the agenda of future summits of head of states of the CSTO and regional and international issues.
