Telegram of condolences to President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has sent a telegram of condolences to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, which reads, in particular:

“Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,

The news about terrorist act in railway station of Volgograd which caused human losses has saddened me very much. We strongly condemn this inhuman act and state that we will support every effort for fruitful fight against such acts and will be in favor of unification of efforts of the world community in fight against this evil.

I express to you, Vladimir Vladimirovich, my deep condolences and ask you to extend my sincere sympathy to relatives and friends of the deceased. We also wish a speedy recovery of all those injured”.
