Letter of condolences to President of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria Abdelaziz Buteflika

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has sent a letter of condolences to President of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria Abdelaziz Buteflika, which reads, in part:
“My dear brother,
It is with great sadness that I have found the new about the crash of military cargo aircraft which led to deaths of majority of its passengers.
Please accept, Your Excellency, my deep sympathy and condolences to brotherly people of Algeria and the relatives of the deceased, and I pray to God that your country be protected from all disasters”.
