Today, President Emomali Rahmon received a number of cadres proposed for appointment to new positions.

Head of state Emomali Rahmon instructed them to consistently enhance the level of knowledge and work experience, strengthen language training, master science and modern technology and advanced world practices, educate young and promising cadres and promote gifted and educated women and girls to responsible state positions.

Thus, the following persons were appointed:

• Mahmadrahim Ismoilov – acting chairman of Jaloliddini Rumi district;
• Bahrom Izzatov – Deputy chairman of Khatlon Region;
• Lochin Fayzulloev – First Vice Chairman of State Committee for Investment and State Property Management;
• Gulru Kayumova – Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade;
• Davlatali Hotamov – First Deputy Minister of Agriculture;
• Ruslan Shodiqov – Vice Chairman of Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism under the Government of Tajikistan;
• Grez Qosimov – First Deputy Director of Agency of Public Service under the President of Tajikistan;
• Bibiosiya Ghulomova – Deputy Director of Agency of Public Service under the President of Tajikistan;
• Khurshed Teshaev – Director of National Testing Center under the President of Tajikistan;
• Savzali Jafarov – First Deputy Director of National Testing Center under the President of Tajikistan;
• Sharif Sami – Director of State Institution Administration of Roghun HPP flood zone;
• Fayzali Mirzoaliev – Deputy Director General of SUE “Tojiksughurta”;
• Mirzosafar Nazriev – Director of Center for Coordination of Projects on Renovation and Development of Social Infrastructure;
• Numon Abdujabborov – Secretary of Consultative Council under the President of Tajikistan on Improvement of Investment Climate.

Moreover, Ramil Nodirov, Hasan Rajabzoda, Sharifjon Hakimzoda and Mehri Ghulomshoeva have been appointed in the sectors of assistants to the President of Tajikistan and Amirjon Ubaydulloev, Barno Saidvalieva, Fayziddin Sayfulloev, Qahor Oytmatov, Gulizor Rasulova, Muhammad Habibov, Adhamjon Mirsaidov and Nodir Mirzoev obtained managing positions in newly established structures of the Executive Office of the President of Tajikistan.
