Today, the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon received the Chairman of the Management of “INTER RAO UES” company of Russia Boris Kovalchuk.
The sides discussed the issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia in the field of electricity energy.
Much attention was paid to the issues related to the activities of Sangtuda-1 HPS and the ways to cover the debts of “Barqi Tojik” company to this hydropower facility.
A constructive talk also took place on other issues of cooperation, including the construction of other energy facilities in Tajikistan.
