Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Ministry of Education of Tajikistan and Limkokwing University of Malaysia has been signed.

According to this document, this higher education institution will allocate every year 20 quotas for Tajik students. The tuition fees for Tajik students will be reduces to 50%. The language of study will be English and along this Tajik language and literature and history of Tajik people will be taught. The study plans will be developed similar to those of Oxfor and Cambridge universities. The graduates will receive diplomas of bachelors, masters and doctorates of state sample of Malaysia.

Malaysian side has decided to construct in the nearest future the branch of Limkokwing University with its student campus and all other infrastructure in Tajikistan.

According to the document, also exchange of students, bachelors, masters, professors between Tajikistan and Malaysia, as well as study of experience of each other will be established.
