Meeting with the Secretary General of Collective Security Treaty Organization Nikolai Bordyuzha

Today, President Emomali Rahmon received the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Nikolai Bordyuzha.

The meeting discussed issues related to the preparation of the next summit of the Collective Security Council, which will soon be held in Moscow of the Russian Federation.

It was stressed that at this summit will be discussed issues of military and military-technical and military-economic cooperation, strengthening of regional security, including information security. One of the main issues for Tajikistan and all the countries concerned is the implementation of solutions for operational assistance to Tajikistan to strengthen the state border with Afghanistan.

It should be recalled that at this summit CSTO chairmanship will go to Tajikistan.
