After the opening of a Tax Inspection modern building in Kulyab, Head of state Emomali Rahmon opened a Chinor hotel for 100 seats in the center of the city.

The construction of a modern hotel was performed by LLC "Komil 2010". For the construction and equipment of the hotel were spent more than 46 million Somoni. 13-storey hotel has a basement and an attic.

The construction of the hotel provided jobs for more than 100 local residents, and most of whom are women and girls.

On the ground floor there is a library with 7 thousand books and in another part of the same floor is a shopping center.

On the first floor, President Emomali Rahmon got closely acquainted with the craftsmanship of skilled tailors, jewelers, sculptors, painters and praised their ability.
