Head of state Emomali Rahmon was warmly welcomed by teachers and students of educational institution "Presidential school for gifted children".

President of the country Emomali Rahmon cut the ribbon and inaugurated a multi-storey residential building in the front of the main building of the Presidential School.

The nine-apartment building for Presidential school’s teachers was built in compliance with modern urban planning norms and has 36 apartments.

At the work in the Presidential school on a competitive basis are attracted experienced teachers from the city of Kulyab, other remote cities and districts of the country, who are provided with accommodation and excellent facilities.

Nine-storey building was constructed by builders of the department of basic services in Dushanbe over $ 12 million somoni.

Construction work started in May 2014 and was completed in August 2015.

Customer of this facility is the management of the construction of government facilities of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

It should be noted that with the support and direct participation of President of the country Emomali Rahmon the same nine-storey apartment building for teachers of educational institutions was commissioned along with the main corps of the Presidential school in October 2013.

Presidential school, intended for 640 students, has all the necessary facilities, including 34 classrooms, five laboratories, a library, gymnasium, assembly hall, dining room and other auxiliary rooms.

Overall, this educational institution employs 40 professional teachers and 13 tutors.

After getting acquainted with the living conditions in the new apartments, President Emomali Rahmon expressed gratitude to the builders for quality work and stressed that these apartments will be a worthy gift for the teachers by the Government on the eve of the new academic year.
