This school was put into operation after reconstruction.

The reconstruction works started on March 11 and finished 17 August 2015. 11 million 739 thousand 230 somoni were spent to build and equip the school.

The two-storey school is designed for 1480 pupils, and consists of 33 classes, two gymnasiums for 420 seats.

It was noted that after the full commissioning of the school more than 60 citizens will be provided with jobs.

The customer of this object is a public institution of capital construction administration of the city of Dushanbe, the designer is JSC ‘’SANIIOSP’’ and the main contractor is Ltd "Saimo".

Head of state Emomali Rahmon at the classes closely got familiarized with the conditions of study and had a conversation with the students.

After the opening of the school the President of the country Emomali Rahmon spoke before the teachers, students and activists of Shohmansur district about the Government's full support for the country's development of education and improvement of training, education and attraction of children to school.

The Head of State praised the quality of construction work and noted that in the period of independence in the Republic increased the number of schools of a new type, which will significantly improve the quality of training and education.

Teachers and students in their turn thanked the President of the country for the support and fatherly care.
