Today, under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Government of the country Emomali Rahmon a regular meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was held.
During the review of the staff issue at the beginning of the meeting it was approved the new composition of the board of the Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The draft laws on making amendments and additions to the existing laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, including the laws "On Road Traffic", "On State Duty," "On Advocacy and Legal Practice," "On natural monopolies", as well as the Criminal Code, Procedural Code of Administrative Offences, Code of Administrative Offences, have been approved and forwarded to the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
To the consideration of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli also have been submitted the conclusions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to the draft law on amendments and additions to a number of existing laws, including the laws "On Public Service", "On the roads and road activity", "On Dehkan (farmer) economy" and "On education".
Resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan established a state agency "Sports TV", public institution "National Museum-Reserve named after Vose", approved the order of the conditional indexation of pensions and pension capital, the Action Plan for the development of the secondary securities market and stock exchanges in the Republic of Tajikistan.
